Frank Puzycki of the National Small Arms Center (NSAC) at Picatinny Arsenal presents an overview of the NSAC. The facility is a virtual center consisting of U.S. industry, academia, federal laboratories, and not-for-profit partners involved in product & process development and improvements as well as product engineering, maintenance engineering and demilitarization.
