The Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) was recently honored with the New Jersey Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence—Silver Level. The award, which is the second-highest state designation for quality, recognized the Picatinny Arsenal-based ARDEC for its leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, measurement analysis, and knowledge management. The criteria for the award are based on the Malcolm Baldridge national Quality Award program.
